The price updates every 5 minutes, but the Kitco time only moves while the gold market is open. It stays at Friday 22:00 over the weekend (until Sunday 23:00) and pauses daily 22:00–23:00, London time. That's normal. A weekday daytime that's more than about 20 minutes old means something is wrong.
Satış uses Kitco Ask and Alış uses Kitco Bid, each per gram of pure gold × grams × fineness/1000. Fineness 1000 is the plain Kitco price; 1015 adds 1.5%, 925 takes off 7.5%. On the board, "per piece" items are listed first, then "per gram" items.
